• Device & Logs: IP address, browser type, access time, error logs (for anti-fraud and troubleshooting)
• Payment Information: Processed solely through WeChat Pay; we do not have access to your bank card or WeChat balance information

• Provide core features such as AI coaching, skill practice, and codex generation
• Personalized recommendations for roadmaps, skill packs, and radar content
• Process subscriptions, payments, and invoicing
• Customer support, troubleshooting, and security compliance

Important promise: We will not use your conversation data for any model training, nor will we provide it to third parties without your explicit consent (except as required by law).

To provide complete services, we use the following third parties:

• Large Language Model APIs (Claude, DeepSeek, Zhipu GLM, etc.) — for AI coach conversations and content generation
• WeChat Pay — for payment processing
• WeChat Open Platform — for WeChat QR code login
• Alibaba Cloud — for service hosting and object storage

These services have their own privacy policies, and we ensure they comply with relevant Chinese legal requirements.

During your account's lifetime, we retain your data to provide continuous service. After account deletion, we will permanently delete your personal data within 30 days, except for data required by law (e.g., transaction records retained for at least 10 years under the Accounting Archives Management Measures).

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, and export your personal data (in "Account Settings")
• Delete your account and request data deletion
• Revoke specific authorizations (e.g., disable WeChat binding)
• Raise questions or complaints with us regarding this policy
