Terms of Service

These terms constitute a valid agreement between you and AIFlowLearn (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us") regarding the use of aiflowlearn.net and its related services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

• You must provide accurate and valid registration information and are responsible for all activities under your account
• You may not lend, transfer, or share your account with others
• You must notify us immediately if you discover your account has been compromised
• This service is intended for users aged 18 and above

We provide the following core services:

• AI Coach conversations (Sager)
• Skill Bootcamps (cloud sandbox + AI coaching)
• Codex (GitHub repo to interactive courses)
• Personalized roadmaps and AI Radar
• Paid subscriptions and usage-based billing

We reserve the right to adjust, add, or suspend service modules at any time. Major changes will be announced in advance.

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Engage in any activities that violate the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China
• Upload, generate, or distribute pornographic, violent, terrorist, false, infringing, or other illegal content
• Maliciously attack systems, abuse APIs, bypass payment mechanisms, or engage in fraudulent activities
• Use generated content for illegal purposes (such as automated attacks, deepfakes, fraud, etc.)
• Infringe upon others' intellectual property or trade secrets

This service is powered by large language models. Output may contain factual errors, biased opinions, or outdated information. You should independently assess the reliability of AI output, and should not use AI output as the final basis for decisions in medical, legal, financial, or other professional fields. You bear sole responsibility for any consequences arising from AI output.

• Platform Content: The code, design, UI, icons, documentation, and other intellectual property of this service belong to us
• User Content: Your conversations, codex entries, and skill pack results belong to you; you grant us the necessary usage rights to provide the service (excluding training authorization)
• Third-Party Content: Codex generation is based on public GitHub repositories and must comply with the original repository's LICENSE

For payment rules and refund conditions, please see the Refund & Dispute Policy. Once payment is made and the service has been consumed (e.g., tokens have been used), refunds are generally not available, except when the service cannot be provided due to platform reasons.

We strive to ensure service stability, but service interruptions may occur due to force majeure, third-party failures, network fluctuations, maintenance, or upgrades. Major maintenance will be announced in advance, and temporary outages will be restored as soon as possible. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, and paid fees will not be refunded, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms or national laws and regulations
• Malicious attacks, abuse, or fraud
• Infringement of others' legitimate rights and interests with a valid complaint received

You may also deactivate your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for related data processing.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability to any single user is capped at the fees actually paid by that user to us in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the people's court with jurisdiction over our registered location.

In the event of material changes to these terms, we will notify you via in-site notifications and email 7 days in advance. Continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the Services and deactivate your account.
